Donations are used for the development and maintenance of the website, the reception, editing, and processing of submitted videos and other visual materials for social media, and also, if the budget allows, for the development and production of films and other documentation of the project, for example, in book form. They also cover travel and expenses for those collaborating on the project, including the costs of translators, designers, project coordination, and curation of image and video material, interpreters, bookkeepers, auditors, etc.
